Gasteizko Industria Lurra, S.A. (GILSA), is a public company which was founded in 1993. Shares ownership is divided between the City Council of Vitoria-Gasteiz (58.224 %) and the public company SPRILUR (41.776%). SPRILUR is a development agency, created by the Basque Government, for the promotion and development of industrial land use and premises. GILSA was set up to help encourage and promote industrial initiatives and investment in Vitoria-Gasteiz through the sale of building lots for commercial developments.

The mission of GILSA is to promote the development of industrial services and infrastructures with a view to making Vitoria-Gasteiz as attractive a location as possible, both for new investment and for consolidating existing investment.

This ambitious objective is being put into practice through the administration of the Júndiz Business Park, which offers a real area of opportunity for any small, medium and big enterprise in need of an efficient industrial infrastructure and services to enable them to enjoy growth and continuing development.
